Customer Feedback from Survey Monkey

If you run a business, there's nothing which is quite as valuable as customer feedback. If you know what people like about your business you can focus on it and make sure everybody sees it. If you know what people dislike about your business, then you can make changes so that the problem will be resolved and that nobody else will be able to take issue with it. But how can you know what your customers are thinking?

Well, one service which you might like to look into is Survey Monkey. Survey Monkey allows you to make surveys which can then be distributed amongst your customers (via newsletters, social media or whatever else). You can use these to find out if your web design is easy to navigate, why they go for you over competitors, what products they'd like to see from you in future, whether they're happy with what you're doing on social media, how pleased they are with your shipping options, what they don't like about your business and whatever else you’d like to know in these kinds of area. If you worry that people would have no incentive to fill out such a survey, you could tie it in with a giveaway; one lucky customer will win a prize for filling out the survey, or something like that.

So, I hope that, if you use Survey Monkey, it will prove to be useful to you and your business. Not only can you use it to ask people what they think about your business as it is, but if you had some fairly controversial ideas about expanding then you could run it by your customers in a survey first; if the reaction was mostly positive, then you need not be concerned about proceeding, but if the reaction was mostly negative, it would give you good reason to think twice. This is an invaluable service with a huge number of uses. I wish you all the best and continued success with your eCommerce website.
