If you know what people dislike about your business, then you can make changes so that the problem will be resolved and that nobody else will be able to take issue with it. Survey Monkey allows you to make surveys which can then be distributed amongst your customers (via newsletters, social media or whatever else). You can use these to find out if your web design is easy to navigate, why they go for you over competitors, what products they'd like to see from you in future, whether they're happy with what you're doing on social media, how pleased they are with your shipping options, what they don't like about your business and whatever else you’d like to know in these kinds of area. If you worry that people would have no incentive to fill out such a survey, you could tie it in with a giveaway; one lucky customer will win a prize for filling out the survey, or something like that.
