Social Media Management from Hootsuite

Social media marketing is a hugely useful way to get your business's name out there. There are so many different outlets (Twitter, Facebook, Google +, LinkedIn, Instagram) and each of them will require a slightly different approach, but they'll also each give you access to different groups of people. I can see why you would want to be on as many social media outlets as possible, though I can also see how that could potentially become difficult. You'd have to be signing in to various different websites every day and interacting with people/sharing things on all of them on a daily basis too. Understandably, this might seem too difficult for those of you who do not have much time on their hands.

So what can you do? You should definitely think about doing social media marketing and you should be on as many appropriate platforms as possible and updating them all regularly, so you can’t ignore it! Something which may well save you a lot of time is an excellent system called Hootsuite. Hootsuite provides you with a dashboard through which you can manage all of your social media feeds; this means you only have to come to one place for all your social media marketing across various websites! This will make things so much easier, when you don't have to regularly check each website individually. Plus, you can have Hootsuite monitor what your competitors are doing on social media and see how their approach differs to your own (maybe even borrowing some ideas). They also give you the ability to schedule posts, so if you know that you are going to be away from the internet for a period, you could then just set your feeds to run themselves on those days!

So, if you do want to do more with your social media marketing, but were a bit unsure about the work load, perhaps Hootsuite can help! It could be just the thing you need to get your social media marketing strategy started which could then go on to lead to an increase in both sales and customers. I hope this has been a useful piece of information for you and that your eCommerce website will continue to grow.
