Loyalty Rewards

One thing you want, as a business, is for your existing customers to keep returning to you. Sure, you always want to be finding way to reach new customers too, but there's also a lot of money to be made by getting existing customers to come back. If somebody comes and buys something from you, you should do everything you can to ensure that they'll do this again, because they are obviously somebody who is willing to spend money on the product you provide. But how can you reward your customers? Well, in this blog post I would like to take you over a few ideas for customer loyalty rewards.

There are several ways that you could reward customers for their loyalty, the simplest way of doing this is giving them 'points' every time they spend a certain amount and then allowing those points to be exchanged for money off future purchases or some kind of prize. You may be able to find some software that can handle all of this for you, or you could even go down a very basic route and literally just note down the points earned for every purchase. Another idea is that you could do a raffle once every couple of months and have it so that each time a person buys something from you during the build-up, they get one more entry in the raffle. The prize for winning the raffle could be something especially nice as well. You could also try something like including voucher codes in your email newsletter because people are only going to sign up if they've visited you before and so these voucher codes would be a nice way to reward people.

There are lots of ways that you can reward your existing customers and these are only a few of them; if you have other ideas, by all means give them a try! The point is that existing customers are an excellent source of sales and by showing them that you appreciate their decision to buy from you and giving them generous offers, you are much more likely to see more purchases from them. Whatever you decide to do, I hope that it will turn out well and that your eCommerce website will continue to grow.
